Basic rules of proper battery use

Lubacell's batteries are safe for users and environment.

There are some ground principles, how to avoid problems using our batteries:
- it is not allowed to treat the battery with heavy vibrations, load, clamp and fill with liquids or to regenerate,
- before connection, the label from battery cover has to be removed to enable air to get inside the cells. Using sets of cells, remove the overlays that close the ventilation canals (use the overlays to close the ventilation canals, when battery is not used for the long period of time),
- the wires have to be connected as the poles marks show,
- when changing the discharged battery from old to new one, all the batteries have to be exchanged,
- discharged batteries should be recycled (utilized).

Using the batteries as the fence source you need to keep attention on:
- plants - keep away from the fence to avoid uncontrolled and unwanted current flow,
- fence - to be good earthed and the wire, to be properly isolated from the fence poles,
- choose the correct fence wire (influence of thickness to resistance), and ensure not to touch the ground,
- strictly obey the manufacturer recommendations.

How does it work...

The action essence of the air-zinc cells lies in highly efficient and stable technology, relied on electrochemical reaction between the zinc electrode and oxygen absorbed by the carbon electrode. Electrodes are flooded in a solution of the ammonium and zinc chloride. In the chemical reaction the oxygen is taken and used as a catalyst.

Depending on type and destination the batteries are made of several galvanic cells serially connected.

The high-class usable parameters of our batteries including the ability of cycle and constant work in wide range of temperature (from -5°C to 45°C). Air humidity and also natural environment safe construction - make our cells a useful power source in:
- agriculture und farming: electrical fence of pasture and fields
- forestry: electrical fence of young forest resources
- meteorology: external research and measurement gear
- transport and communication: traffic, railway signaling and park meters
- telecommunication: diagnostic and transmission devices
